There is nothing I love more than wholeheartedness, and the Peter Michael people make wine that embodies it. They, and their wines, are precise, brilliant, and staggeringly good. In another creative partnership with my Elixir people, we made them a website that looks and reads almost as bone-deep fine as their wine feels in your mouth.
