North Star
Tergar Institute offers the life-changing teachings of Tibetan Buddhism in scholar-practitioner courses guided by the great master Mingyur Rinpoche. Based in Kathmandu Nepal at the venerable Osel Ling Monastery, I am fortunate to be involved with the Institute as both a student and writer. We crafted a North Star that distilled their what, how and why, and a corresponding website that does justice to their remarkable work in helping practitioners integrate these precious teachings into their lives and the world.
