Alder is taking a stand for the transformation of public education in America, especially for students of color. With my friends at Elixir Design, we created strategy and messaging that distilled the essence of their amazing model for change, and then brought it alive with a new website, an inspiring narrative story, and a suite of print materials that reflect their gamechanging mission.
